Can I bring my own food and/or snacks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your food and snacks.
What does it cost?
Our pricing is based on your picnic needs! Please view our packages and enhancement options for pricing details.
How long do I get my picnic?
Your picnic is reserved for two hours. We will charge $50 per hour beyond this time frame.
Booking Deposit
We require a 50% non-refundable booking deposit to secure your date at the time of booking. We also require a $75 refundable damage deposit.
Should I include children in the guest count when booking a picnic?
If your children will not require a seat and place setting at the table, you do not need to include them in the total guest count.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?
We will be checking the weather on the week leading up to your reservation, and we will contact you ahead of time to discuss options if there is rain on the forecast on the day of your picnic. There are no cancellation fees to reschedule your booking due to rain.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds once a booking is made. We can reschedule your picnic or issue a future credit if you need to cancel your booking as long as you notify us 24 hours in advance. There are no cancellation fees to reschedule your booking due to the weather. No shows or same-day cancellations will not be issued a future credit.
What if something gets damaged?
Everything that is brought for your picnic must be returned in gently used condition. If any item is either missing or damaged, the replacement cost for the item will be taken from your damage deposit refund.
